With complementary skillsets and combined learnings from nearly 30 years of HR, legal, and recruiting experience, Megan Cadow and Hanna Nordvik formed Perennial. Perennial represents Megan and Hanna’s similar approach to client service and a shared passion for creating lasting impact with mission-driven organizations.

Their story began while working together at Block (formerly known as Square) on the HR Business Partner team, during a transformative phase of immense growth and organizational change.  During this time, they harnessed their respective expertise and developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in supporting a rapidly expanding global company and scaling an HR function.

Perennial was inspired by the duo's desire to create a flexible HR model that adapts effortlessly to the ever-evolving needs of their clients – recognizing that companies go through growth, change, and transformation. Though both consultants operate independently, by engaging with Perennial, clients have the opportunity to partner with one or both consultants, depending on their goals.

Hanna Nordvik

Hanna brings 18 years of professional experience in HR and legal, spanning both the public and private sectors. She has held internal leadership roles and consulted with startups and more established companies, which has given her unique insight on how to help her clients solve people-related challenges and lead happy, high performing teams.
