Megan Cadow

Megan’s deep expertise across talent acquisition, M&A, HR business partnership and coaching gives her a unique perspective around the intricate nature of building and developing durable companies and teams.  Megan takes a holistic approach to understanding people and business priorities, to connect-the-dots when developing an impactful people strategy or approach.  Megan is passionate about coaching, and has helped her clients gain confidence to navigate complex people and organizational challenges and empower them with tools to further develop their leadership skills. Megan’s strengths also include data analysis, business acumen and an ability to shape and implement impactful initiatives. 

Before co-founding Perennial, Megan provided hands-on HR consulting to nonprofits across the country. From 2016-2023, Megan was a strategic business partner and HR leader for the fintech company Block (formerly known as Square) during a period of rapid growth, where she directly partnered with senior leaders and executives from across the company on people strategy. She played a pivotal role in driving critical company initiatives and organizational changes, including several company acquisition, integration and divestiture efforts. Prior to Square, Megan was with the tech company Yelp from 2011-2016, where she directly contributed to scaling efforts in her role as a full-cycle Recruiter and Program Director during the pivotal years after becoming a publicly traded company. There, she built a multi-year recruiting strategy, and helped to scale the recruiting team, hiring programs and onboarding processes as the company more than tripled in size.  

Megan has a deep love of coaching (both individual and team), and is pursuing her coaching credentials through the ICF accredited Hudson Institute of Coaching.
