With a degree in conflict resolution and over 15 years of diverse professional experience in the tech and non-profit sectors, I have cultivated a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership development. My career spans roles as an HR leader, leadership coach, and entrepreneur, where I’ve spearheaded transformative company initiatives, supported multiple M&A transactions, and guided organizations through critical growth phases—from pre-IPO to becoming globally scaled public companies.
Throughout these experiences, I have had the privilege of coaching and collaborating with executives as they navigated complex and high-stakes challenges. These opportunities shaped my belief in the power of resilient leadership and the necessity for leaders to continuously evolve in today’s dynamic work environments.
